- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to call this place for professional reasons to request medical records on a mutual patient. The lady who answered the phone (Waldrop) was rude and mean. She was so caught up in her own misery that she did not seem to care that I had a patient sitting in my office in pain. When I addressed that she was being rude and told her the patient should come first, she hung up on me. It took over 30 minutes to receive the records that I requested, even after faxing a signed release to her. I will advise my patient's to NEVER go to that facility. We pull records on a daily basis from many other hospitals and medical facilities. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had.January 24, 2017by Niko Walker
