  This was my first visit to Dermatology of Lexington on West Butler St in Lexington was today. Dr.Welch and her awesome staff / assistants (like Rachael) fit me into their busy schedule on a Saturday afternoon from a "Friday" phone call. That itself, is a rarity as Dr. offices are very busy. It is very hard for me to find time in regards to my full time work, and even my part time work that I do, as wear many hats (pun intended). End game, Dr. Welch who I also found to very multi disciplined in knowledge and well versed. Both Dr. Welch and her entire staff was VERY pleasant, and very patient as I babbled on for a while. They gave me better customer facing / service and care than I can remember. The also belayed my fears of my current medical condition. Please note, that they did not ask me to write this. "I" wanted to write this as it was my first experience. Thank You.

  I have left several messages on their voice mail, asking to set up an appointment. I never received any call backs. I even went by their office on Butler Street, but they weren't even open on a weekday. If this dermatologist has moved, they need to update their website if they want new patients. If they don't want new patients, then they should put that in their voice mail message.
