  We absolutely love Dr. Emery he is knowledgeable and open minded. Sadly we will be saying goodbye to to this practice over their "NO SHOW" policy and practive not being patent friendly. According to the policy patients are only allowed 3 NO SHOW appointent in their time with the practice and than you get a boot. Same day cancelations and reschedules still count as NO SHOW. The only day that is available able for oir family for appointments is Monday. The office closes 10 am on Saturday. There is no way to reschedule your Monday appointment after 10 am Saturday. So if something happens on Sunday morning like a car broke down and you have 9 am appointment, tough luck! As of right now, we are sitting on two NO SHOW marks due to making appointments for Monday and being unable to reschedule. I own a business myself and understand how no show appointments affect the bottom line. Yes, parents get a paper to sign with their policy, but you are dealing with parents with young children. Not robots. It is completely unreasonable to expect a patient who may be with you for 16+ years to never be late. I suggest that Lexington Pediatric Practice review their Policy on No Show.
